The process of elimination of muscular dysbalance in the domain of shoulder is generally divided into föur stages: the fundamental one - a specification of the dysbalance level using the tests. The stretching and strengtheness of muscles represents futher stages. Finally, the bulding of correct body stereotypes as a prevention of repeated muscular dysbalance.
