Course detail
Mountain Biking
CESA-TV-HKAcad. year: 2024/2025
The classes are focused on fitness rides around Brno, especially off-road, as well as on technical rides in Brno and on its surrounding trails. It all depends on the weather conditions and the condition of the terrain. The length of the routes and the time span will be adjusted accordingly. We usually ride for about two to three hours in any weather, even in the dark with lights.

Entry knowledge
Necessity is to have own bike in perfect technical condition, spare tubes, pump etcs. A helmet for a bike is mandatory and some drink due to the length of the rides. Knee pads are suitable for training some technical passages and skills. In the winter semester, it is important to have warm and waterproof things that can be put away and put back on at any time. I also recommend a backpack and some money for refreshments along the way.
