ENROLMENT IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR WINTER SEMESTER 2023 STARTS ON 29.09.2023
Before opening the electronic enrolment it is highly recommended to study carefully the Directive No. 17/2019 - concerning Teaching Physical Education as well as the offer of sports specializations provided by CESA. (Check the course card in the IS or the CESA website www.cesa.vut.cz/studenti/sporty.)
Electronic enrolment (http://zapis.cesa.vutbr.cz. ) consists of two rounds so that students can cancel their own sports enrolment due to timetable collisions. The vacant spots will be used by others interested in the sport. The timetables are available for viewing from 04.09.2023 in the IS BUT.
- To register you need to log in to Studis (IS) - make sure you get your login details in time. http://zapis.cesa.vutbr.cz
- In both rounds of registration, students enrol themselves or cancel their enrolled sports if the class does not suit.
- 1st round of electronic enrolment starts 20.09.2023, 12 a.m., finishes 04.09.2023
- 2nd round of electronic enrolment starts 29.09.2023, 12 a.m., finishes 01.10.2023
Erasmus Sport:
Special PE classes in English language (9) are traditionally scheduled for students from abroad. Badminton in English is new for this semester. But you can also choose from the curriculum of traditional physical activities in about 60 sports provided in Czech language. There you can find regular semester classes, block classes in selected sports, and summer courses and events in cooperation with the sports club VSK BUT. Check the event calendar www.cesa.vutbr.cz
The traditional offer for the university sport representation includes (university sports championships, qualification and participation in the Czech Academic Games, EUSA and FISU etc.).
PE classes begin on Monday 25.09.2023 unless noted differently in the course card.
The outdoor sports facilities in the sport area Pod Palackého Vrchem -Technická 14 are available during the winter semester, too (running, inline skating, workout). The entrance is free of charge; you need to prove that you are a student of BUT by using your valid ISIC card at the reception.
