INFORMATION ON THE OPERATIONS of the BUT sports complex Pod Palackého vrchem, Technická 14:

Area operating hours:

Monday - Friday: 7.00 - 20.00
Sunday: 14.00 – 20.00
Please follow the instructions of the technical staff and the Operating Rules of the area.

FREE ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF upon presentation of a valid student or employee ID are:

IN-LINE SKATING

You can use the asphalt walkway around both stadiums or the asphalt area next to the F1 gym.


FITNESS RUN - individual running training

There are 2 running tracks and an asphalt walkway. Don't run in the first lane!!!!!


WORKOUT - individual exercise

The field is always accessible during the sports area's operating hours. In bad weather (wet workout field, rain), exercise is not possible (see Operating Rules).


WORKOUT - exercise with furniture and with the possibility of consulting a CESA teacher (container: TRX, punching bags, dumbbells, ropes, cart, bags, dumbbells, vests, etc.).

  • Tuesday: 16.00 - 18.00
  • Thursday: 16.00 – 18.00

FEE-FREE SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS, STAFF AND THE PUBLIC (see Price List)

The free capacity of the entire area (outdoor and indoor sports fields) can be used for recreational and performance/competitive activities based on long-term orders or online registration:
  • MON – FRI, SUN tennis, 3 courts artificial grass;
  • MON – FRI, SUN badminton, 2 F1 courts;
  • MON – FRI, SUN ball sports (football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc.).

The training sessions of the Brno athletics teams take place in a special regime with the financial support of the MMB.


SENIORS (Senior in condition, Senior Academy) already from 17.6. until 30.8.2024

  • Wednesday: 30 – 9.30, outdoor playground (gym available in case of bad weather).

WINTER SEMESTER 2024

  • The semester schedule in the optional subject Physical Education for the winter semester 2024 will be published from September 2, 2024, electronic registration in the 1st round will open on September 18, 2024.
  • On 16.9. – On September 22, 2024, SPORTS WEEK will take place at VUT – demonstrations of selected sports, free sports, events, tournaments. Information and registration on the CESA website from September 2, 2024.
  • the offer of possibilities to use sports areas for leisure activities of BUT students and employees for the winter semester 2024 will be published on the CESA website from September 10, 2024.
