Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling (spinning) is taught in the winter and summer semesters in group lessons under the guidance of licensed instructors. . Lesson, accompanied by music, is reminiscent of mountain biking, alternating between sitting and standing, fast and slow sections.
The whole teaching program is focused on the development of fitness for beginners and advanced. The size of the load is adapted to the condition of individual exercisers.

Knowledge and skills at secondary school level are required.
We recommend sport shoes with durable shoe sole, cycling pants with antibacterial liner, own drinking bottle, cycling gloves, towel, and also once a year a stress test in sports and physical education medicine (parameters for working with heart rate and sports tester).
