Snowboarding - Conditioning Training Workout

The fitness training takes place on the premises of the athletic stadium in SA PPV and is focused primarily on general fitness.
Aerobic and anaerobic endurance are developed mainly through games (ball and non-traditional) and running exercises. Circuit training uses the available sports equipment (benches, medicine balls, big balls, skipping ropes) and training with your own body (several variants). Also included are various non-traditional games that develop coordination, reaction, speed, dexterity, endurance and strength.
In case of bad weather, it is replaced with training at Fitcentrum Machina in the TRX classroom (Total-Body Resistance Exercise).

Credits - controlled attendance, registration of attendance in the attendance sheets. Active participation in the lessons. Two unexcused absences are allowed.
